The class is a luxuriously comfortable class taken lying down in various gentle poses using supportive props. We practice consciously relaxing the body, allowing it to gently open and receive the benefits of a calmer nervous system and mind as we rest deeply.

Yoga at Kinsbrook Vineyard
Every Saturday, 9.30-10.30am
Join me on beautiful Kinsbrook decking overlooking the vineyard surrounded by the beautiful oak trees (or our wet-weather winery option!) The sessions are a recipe of movement medicine flavoured with breathwork, meditation and delicious relaxation including a complimentary beverage in the farmhouse.

Join Catherine for her special annual ‘Hush Before The Rush’ 90-minute Winter healing and restorative yoga practice to raise funds for Mummy’s Star. This is a charity very close to Catherine's heart after they supported her sister when she was diagnosed with cancer while pregnant in 2014.
